T-Mobile — Establishment and electronics store at 650 Wolcott Street Suite 110, Waterbury, Connecticut.

This experience has been very disappointing indeed. I came to the store interested in their service. I explained that I have an ATT unlocked Iphone and was interested in a phone plan. I was repeatedly told that my Data Speeds would be 3g or better. The reps would not prove this to me unless I paid $20 for a SIM but I was assured that I would not be disappointed. I said I would sign up then only if that were true. The first SIM was registered and I put it into my phone. 2G speeds is what I got. The data was so slow that it would not even show up on a speed test I performed. I told the Rep that I was not getting what she promised me and was not going to sign up. Then came the excuses. She twice tried to put me on the store WIFI to convince me that I now had fast cellular internet. In the end I told her that I signed up based on what she promised. When I refused to pay for the SIM she got real testy with my wife and I. We left the store and I forgot my charging cable. Well when I returned 3 min later, it was "gone" never to be seen again. This place is a SHAM! I was lied to many times just to get me to sign up. Then pressured into paying for something that I did not get. Then my personal items were confiscated. I should have known this would happen in Waterbury. WARNING TO ALL!!!!
