Bad customer service. Called for a quote and was told they will call me back. They never called. When I called them two days later, they told me they will do the quote "when they get around to it" and will call me back when "I am good and ready"
They also did a diagnostic for $100 a few months prior and told us it was the body control module.
I ended up going elsewhere for the body control module since they were rude to me about the quote. Turns out it's not the body control module. I wasted so much money on the diagnostic from them and now on replacing the BCM when that was never what was broken in the first place.
