“Impressive display case of prepared foods for assembly into grinders”
Squeaky clean place, foods beautifully arranged for selection into enormous, yummy grinders. "Works" includes diced veggies and hot sauce, all recommended. Half-grinders are large enough for two. Great side salad (unless you really don't like green pepper, which was abundant), blue cheese dressing was first-rate. Amazingly, three of the ten Trip-Advisor top-rated restaurants in Waterbury are all adjacent!

Crystal is the best bar keep. She is very friendly and makes the best toasted almond martinis ever. She serves every drink with a smile. This place is awesome
