Denny's — Establishment and food at 939 Wolcott Street, Waterbury, Connecticut.

Man has this place gone down hill. Service is s-l-o-w. On a quiet Tuesday night it took over an hour and a half to get served and pay the check. It took 15 minutes for them to even come to take our order and they forgot to bring a children's menu for my daughter. Upon ordering about 1/4 of the menu was unavailable as they were "out of it currently". When they brought food, they neglected to bring the grapes my daughter ordered. The staff was very apologetic to all of the patrons around us, offering them discounts and free food because of the horrible service, but they did not offer us anything. They didn't even apologize. We will not be going back.
