We spent over 6,000 dollars on 2 vanities and granite tops. Project was still underway and we changed our minds on their "stock faucet" during the original purchase. After calling salesperson twice, I decided to drive up there (1 hour) because I was sure this would not be an issue to return 2 faucets. Well guess what...................it was an issue. I was told they don't accept returns, something to the effect that the factory won't even take them back. We are talking two faucets, sealed in the original packaging - never opened. In my mind.....bad business. Will never purchase a single item from this place again.
