DO NOT go to this Walmart for any work to your vechile or battery recharge. When you buy a battery from Walmart you receive a one year free replacement meaning you can bring back your old battery within the one year time frame and receive a new battery free of charge. Apparently this is VERY hard for the “mechanics” at Walmart to understand... I took my old battery back to be replaced because it was not working, they put it to charge told me it was good to go just for me to drive home reconnect it in my car for it to NOT WORK to then hook a multi meter to it and it only has ONE VOLT!! how are you going to send a customer home with a faulty battery, then I bring it back and you continue to have NO IDEA why it wasn’t charged... well maybe you don’t know how to charge a battery, but no the battery is just dead.. which you should’ve checked before sending me home! Incompetent. It does not take a rocket scientist to charge a battery or to use a multi meter. Next time say the battery is faulty and try to replace it.. none in stock call another Store to locate one, don’t look at me like I have 8 heads and you have no idea what to do... clearly sir you should NOT be the manager of the tire center, if I know more than you.
